Product specifications should be taken as a general description. Products may vary within reasonable margins with regards to size and color, which are naturally processed. All our products are handmade and slight variations are beyond our control.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Our preferred carrier is UPS, but we reserve the right to select the shipping carrier for any order. Ground shipping is available with an expected delivery time of 5-8 business days ( after the 14 day production period) Express shipping options are available with an expected delivery time of 2-3 business days (after the 14 day production period) Unexpected delays may occur due to inclement weather and other conditions not under our control.

Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover)and  Paypal are all accepted forms of payment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order with a brief description of the issue and include photos if applicable. Returned items must be unworn, new and in the original, sellable condition. You refund will reflect the total amount paid for the item/items you are returning, minus any shipping fees or promotions. All refunds will be in its original form of payment. ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE. All custom designed items are FINAL SALE. Includes but not limited to- monogrammed items, custom sizes.
